JB has been a Personal Trainer for 8 years, and recently qualified as a nutritional coach. He has worked in the fitness industry for over 12 years in one capacity or another.
His passions lie in helping ordinary people become better functioning human beings, by bridging the gap between the science, the mixed messages on social media and the real-life actionable information people need to take them closer to a fitter, stronger, healthier lifestyle with intelligent training and nutritional guidance.
As a coach, his main focus is to deliver the best experience with his full support throughout your journey.
