Founder and Director of Functional Training Company Ltd. The company was founded when I left the Royal Air Force in December 2012 after serving 22 years as a Physical Training Instructor, and then as a Specialist Joint Service Exercise Rehabilitation Instructor.

The aim of FTC is provide fitness to all – our mantra is – Affordable Excellence

We have onsite parking available free of charge, please remember to enter your registration number into the tablet upon arrival. There is also on street parking available all day.
